OUR Terms and Conditions

All Intellectual Property ("IP") shall remain vested solely in Rental Intermediators ("RI"). The Purchaser of a Product or Service of RI is granted a Royalty Free Single-Use License subject to the Terms and Conditions of RI. RI shall be entitled to change its Terms and Conditions at any time and choosing. RI shall be entitled to change its Fees at any time and choosing. RI shall not be held liable for any damages or loss arising from its Product or Service. RI makes no guarantee of any particular outcome through any Product or Service it provides. The final decision as to any Application is at the sole discretion of the person(s) to whom the Application is made.

All sales are inclusive of GST. Monies paid to RI shall be of Australian Dollar currency, unless otherwise agreed, and are Non-Refundable save for "exceptional circumstances" or as required by Law. The Total Amount invoiced shall be paid to RI within 24 hours of the Invoice Date.
